SMS & Text Messaging Policy

This SMS & Text Messaging Policy ("Policy") applies to all text message programs operated by M.R.BRIX LLC ("M.R.BRIX LLC," "we," "us," or "our") and its products and services, including but not limited to FullThrottle, TrackPass, and MajorsPro (collectively, the "Services").

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to any of our SMS programs, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from or on behalf of M.R.BRIX LLC at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any of our Services. You can opt in by texting a designated keyword, completing a web form, or through other methods as specified by the applicable Service.

Message Types & Frequency

Messages may include: account notifications, transactional alerts, promotional offers, event reminders, score updates, credential alerts, and service updates. Message frequency varies by program and user activity. Typically, you will receive no more than 10 messages per month per program unless otherwise specified at the time of opt-in.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. M.R.BRIX LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving text messages.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. You may also opt out by contacting us at mike@mrbrix.com.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS programs are supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in data will not be sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected through SMS programs is subject to our Privacy Policy. We will only use your phone number to send messages related to the program you opted into and for transactional or operational purposes.

Program-Specific Details

FullThrottle SMS: Promotional and campaign-related notifications. Opt in by texting FULLTHROTTLE to the designated short code or via the platform.

TrackPass SMS: Event access notifications, schedule updates, and credential alerts. Opt in during registration or via the TrackPass app.

MajorsPro SMS: Score updates, membership notifications, and promotional offers. Opt in through the MajorsPro platform or by texting MAJORSPRO to the designated short code.
